On the morning of November 17,2020, Liu Yongliang, Deputy Director of the Member Office of the Shandong Federation of Industry and Commerce, Liu Minan, Deputy Director of the Development and Promotion Center for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises of Shandong Province, Su Hongxing, Deputy Secretary-General of the Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Association, Li Jing, Secretary-General of the Shandong Tourism Chamber of Commerce, and other five members visited and investigated the core institute.

    Vice President Yu Wei extended a warm welcome to Director Liu Yongliang and his party, and introduced to the leaders the basic situation of the Institute and a series of work carried out since its establishment. Yu Wei vice-chairman said Shandong Province is a traditional manufacturing province, with strong industrial technology and a sound industrial system. However, the lack of application of modern technology such as intelligent production and information management in most enterprises has become a prominent contradiction restricting the sustainable and healthy development of equipment manufacturing industry in the province. In this case, the aviation core institute around how to solve the related advanced manufacturing technology difficult to apply, enterprise big data security lack of protection and other industry pain points put forward their own solution, that is, with the help of the provincial federation of industry as a large platform mutual assistance and integration of resources, contact the government, business associations and enterprises, to solve the difficulties encountered in the actual development of enterprises.Therefore, the aviation core institute earnestly hopes that the provincial federation of industry and commerce can give support and guidance in many aspects in the future work, and jointly contribute to promoting the transformation of new and old kinetic energy of the manufacturing industry in the province and realizing the high quality development.The visit of the leaders of the Shandong Federation of Industry and Commerce is not only a survey and guidance to the work of the Air Core Institute, but also a good start for the follow-up cooperation with the relevant business associations such as the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce.

    Director Liu Yongliang, after listening to the introduction, highly appraised the work carried out since the establishment of the Institute. He believed that although the Institute had not been established for a long time, it had made no achievements in many other units. These achievements are the new R & D institutions, a flexible new system, the full use of all aspects of resources. Liu Yongliang pointed out that the provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce now has more than 24 million members ,37 foreign chambers of commerce ,20 directly affiliated chambers of commerce, more than 30 group member units, is a broad platform for exchanges and integration of various industries and enterprises. For the provincial federation of industry and commerce, at present, there are new and old kinetic energy conversion comprehensive test area, free trade test area, Shanghe demonstration area and so on.He put forward that the provincial business association will actively encourage and promote the cooperation between member enterprises and Hangxin Institute in various aspects in line with the principle of "four mutual ", which is mutual customers, experts, agents and shareholders, and jointly contribute new forces to the industrial and economic development of Shandong Province.

    Liu Minan, deputy director of Shandong small and Medium-sized Enterprises Development Promotion Center, introduced the work carried out by the Center in recent years in the fields of artificial intelligence in 5 G、, and hoped that the Institute would list the service items in the hospital.

    Su Hongxing, Deputy Secretary General of Shandong equipment Manufacturing Association, put forward a series of reasonable suggestions for the next development of the aviation core hospital from six directions: big data security application, specific technology scene application, industrial Internet intelligent manufacturing, military and civilian integration development, and provided an important reference for the development of the aviation core hospital.
