Step 2: during the period of enterprise rectification, assist in the declaration of core independent intellectual property rights if necessary, check the logical relationship between RD project, IP intellectual property and PS high-tech product income (service), and assist the enterprise to sort out and improve the supporting materials;
Step 3: according to the standard of national science and technology enterprise cultivation library, fill in and fill in the enterprises that have completed the first and second steps before October 20 every year;
Step 4: according to the requirements of Shandong Province high-tech enterprise cultivation library, assist enterprises to complete the warehousing report;
Step 5: according to the requirements of declaration notice for high-tech enterprises issued by Shandong Provincial Department of science and technology, assist enterprises to sort out and prepare application materials, issue special audit report on R & D expenses proportion reaching the standard and special report on income (service) proportion of high-tech products;
Step 6: remind and guide enterprises to submit declaration materials and tax verification level by level; guide the handling of certificates after publicity and the application for certificates and incentive funds;
Step 7: fill in the annual torch report and annual report of high-tech enterprise development, supervise and improve the problems of R & D investment, financial management and patent protection of the enterprise before the application, so as to prepare for the review of high-tech enterprises three years later.
